| B.Sc Nursing | 10+2 class passed with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with the aggregate of 45% marks. 10+2 passed out from recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent Board. |
| P.B B.Sc | Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent, hold a General Nursing and Midwifery certificate, be registered as R.N.R.M. with the State Nurses Registration Council, and be medically fit; male nurses trained before the new integrated course must provide evidence of INC-approved training in lieu of midwifery in specific nursing specialties. |
| GNM | Candidates must be aged between 17 and 35 years (no age bar for ANM/LHV), have passed 10+2 with at least 40% marks in Science (PCB) & English or in Arts with specified subjects or Vocational ANM stream from a recognized board, be registered as ANM with the State Nursing Council, and be medically fit; 10+2 from NIOS in Arts/Science/Vocational (Health Care Science) with 40% is also accepted. |
