P.B B.Sc	Must be a Registered Nurse and Midwife (or equivalent) with GNM from an INC-recognized institute. Reciprocal ONMC registration required if registered in another state. Must have passed Odia up to M.E. standard (for Govt./Govt. quota seats), be medically fit, and both genders can apply (10% seats for males).
B.Sc Nursing	Must be 17+ by 31.12.2020, passed 10+2 Science with PCB and English (45% for General, 40% for SC/ST), and Odia up to M.E. standard (for Govt./Govt. quota seats). Must be medically fit. Both male and female candidates can apply (10% seats for males).
GNM	Must be 17+ by 31.12.2020, passed 10+2 (Arts/Science/Commerce) with minimum 40% aggregate (5% relaxation for SC/ST), and Odia up to M.E. standard (for Govt./Govt. quota seats). Must be medically fit. Both male and female candidates can apply (10% seats for males).
ANM	Only female candidates aged 17+ by 31.12.2020 are eligible. Must have passed 10+2 (Arts/Science/Commerce) from a recognized board, Odia up to M.E. standard (for Govt./Govt. quota seats), and be medically fit.
