Admission Procedure 2025-26

Charnock Institute of Nursing Kolkata will accept self-attested Xerox copies of student documents. If a candidate is unable to submit the requisite documents by the required date, her admission will automatically be cancelled.

Eligibility Criteria

GNMCandidates must have passed 10+2 with at least 40% overall and 40% in English from a recognized board. Vocational Healthcare Science pass-outs and registered ANMs employed by the WB State Government with 3 years of service are also eligible. Must have passed both theory and practical, and be able to read, write, and speak in Bengali and/or Nepali.
B.Sc NursingThe applicant should have passed (10+2) examination, with a minimum 45% in aggregate with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and pass in English Core/English Elective for General Candidates. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the marks obtained in the three core subjects shall be 40%.
M.Sc NursingCandidates must make sure they have passed BSc Nursing with a minimum of 55%.
