Admission Procedure
GNM: Each application will be scrutinised by the selection committee. Merit will be the basis for preliminary selection. Provisionally selected applicants are called for an interview at their expense. The date and place of the interview will be intimated to the candidates
Yashoda Nursing College, Hyderabad, will accept self-attested xerox copies of documents and papers submitted by students. If the candidate is unable to submit the requisite documents by the required date, her admission will automatically stand cancelled.

Educational Qualifications: 10+2 passed at 45% Aggregate marks in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) & English is compulsory Subject. Intermediate Vocational with Bridge Course in Biological and Physical Sciences. |

Nursing | Qualification: Candidates should have passed B.Sc., (N) / Post BSC (N) degree from an Institution, which is recognized by Indian Nursing council with minimum 55% of aggregate marks and 5% relaxation of marks for SC / ST Candidates. In respect of Government College of Nursing, Hyderabad, Candidates are in Government service are only eligible for admission. Age: Both the service and Non-service candidates should not have completed 45 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission. For candidates belonging to SC / ST, the maximum age limit shall be 48 years. Sex: Both women and men candidates are eligible to apply for M.Sc. (Nursing) |
| Post Basic Nursing | The candidate should have completed 17 years and should not be more than 45 years as on 31st December of the year of admission The candidate should be Indian Nationality or person of Indian origin (P.I.O) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders should satisfy the local or non-local status in AP (Residence requirements) as laid down in Telangana State Educational Institutions. | General Nursing & Midwifery Course (GNM) | 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually from any recognized board. Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and NIOS recognized by Central Government.
