The Angeles University Foundation (AUF) was converted into a non-stock, non-profit educational foundation on December 4, 1975. The founding family decided to relinquish all their proprietary rights through a Deed of Donation favouring AUF. All income and surplus from operations are ploughed back to the University to support employee salaries/benefits, scholarships and facilities improvement.
