Assam Women’s University is a public university located in Jorhat, Assam, India. It was established in 2013 by the Assam Government through the Assam Women’s University Act. This is the first university in Assam dedicated to women. The university offers a variety of undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs in fields like Arts, Science, Commerce, Management, Social Work, and Education. Admission Process

  • Candidates may apply through the prescribed application form duly filled in all respects.
  • Admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by the Assam Women’s University is based on any one of the all-Indian Common Admission Tests i.e. CUET UG, CUET PG, and other entrance exams & must submit valid test scores not more than 2 years old.
  • The upper age limit is 30 years from the date of commencement of the program.
