| M.Tech Courses | Applying candidate must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. Selection is made on the basis of the GATE score obtained by the candidate. M.Tech. programs at DTU are offered in a Full-time mode as well as in Part-time mode. |
| MBA Courses | Applying candidate must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. Selection of the programs is made on the basis of the CAT Percentile obtained by the candidate. The university also offers MBA programs for executives and working professionals also called EMBA. The programs require the candidates to have a work experience of at least 3 Years to be eligible to apply for the EMBA program. |
| PhD. Courses | DTU offers the PhD program for scholars with a master’s degree in Engineering / Technology/ Sciences/Management/Humanities with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. Selection to the program is based on the candidate’s performance in a written test and interview conducted by the university. The written test will be comprised of 60 questions, each carrying 1 Mark. The test will cover questions from an entire spectrum of the department syllabus and will be about one and half hours (1½) in duration. The interview weightage of 40 marks. A merit list will be prepared on the basis of 100 marks. |

Cutoff
