Gopal Narayan Singh University is one of the first six private universities in Bihar. It was officially established on 15 June 2018, after being notified in the Bihar Gazette following a decision by the Bihar cabinet on 5 June 2018. The university is recognized by the University Grants Commission. Admission Procedure
The admission process includes filling out an application form, appearing for an entrance exam and attending counselling sessions based on exam scores. The procedure to get admission to GNSU is listed below.
- For UG course: Candidates must take the relevant entrance exam, such as CUET UG.
- For PG Course: Candidates must take the relevant entrance exam, such as CAT, MAT and CUET PG.
- For PhD Course: Candidates must take the Ph.D. Admission Entrance Test Gopal Narayan Singh University Ph.D. Admission Test (GPAT) -2024.
- Counselling & Seat Allocation: After the entrance exam, merit-based counselling is conducted, and seats are allocated according to exam scores, domicile, and category.
- Registration Process: Candidates must register for counselling, pay the necessary fees, and select their preferred programs based on the seat allocation process.
