They must be registered as a Nurse and Midwife with any State Nursing Council and should have at least one year of work experience—either after registration with B.Sc. Nursing or before/after registration with Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing. Additionally, candidates must be medically fit. |

| ANM | Candidates must be at least 17 years old as of 31st December of the year of admission and not more than 35 years of age.
