Grades Pre-School, Nursery, K.G.

You must have the following documents/information at the time of applying, as these are mandatory for filling out the form:

• Photograph of the child (in JPG format), not more than 3 months old
• Photograph of each parent (in JPG format)
• Valid e-mail IDs are required for both parents to communicate.
• Credit/Debit card or Net banking for Online Payment
• The registration fee is not refundable.
• Please take the form with you on the day you fill out the questionnaire. The questionnaire is available in the admission office.
• Note: Photographs should not be more than 20 kb in size

Grades I to IX

For admission in grades I to IX, parents are requested to submit the following documents to the school along with the admission form filled out online:

• Purchase the prospectus with the application form
• Fill in the application form for registration
• Check the age chart as of the 30th of September for admission to the Early Years Programme.
• Apply along with the previous class/ present class performance profile, a copy of the birth certificate for ID
• If your child is accepted, necessary deposits and fees should be made immediately.
• Fees may be submitted after admission, along with four passport-size photographs.
• Copy of the Birth certificate
• Address proof (E.g., Adhaar card, Passport copy, Voters card, Electricity bill etc.)

Admission to Pre-Nursery, Nursery class	Admission announcements for admission to the Elementary Years Programme are made through the school website and via an advertisement in a leading newspaper in August (tentatively). Prospective parents are advised to visit the school website for further information and updates.
Admission in KG, Class I to V	For Admission Class KG and Grade I to Vth, students are admitted throughout the year, depending on the available seats. The school gives preference to siblings and transfer cases. There is no entrance exam for or interview of the child/parents. The admission is granted solely based on filling out the online admission form, submitting the child’s report card from the previous school, a copy of the birth certificate and address proof. Both parents must fill out a questionnaire within the school premises when submitting the documents.
Admission to VI to IX Class	For admission, Grade VI to IX Applications is accepted throughout the term depending on the available seats in the class to which access is sought. The school gives preference to siblings and transfer cases. It is mandatory for those applying for admission to fill in the form online at the school website. The child will have to appear for an entrance test based on the CBSE syllabi or the International syllabi- Cambridge, i.e. CIE. The school admission is based on the entrance exam and syllabus of the previous class. The subjects tested are English, Mathematics and Science. The result of the entrance exam is declared within two working days. The child needs to score 60% in each subject to qualify for admission. Check the age chart as of the 30th of September for access to the Early Years Programme.

• A ration card or smart Card is issued in the parents’ name (the mother or father has the child’s name).
• Domicile certificate of the child or his / her parents.
• Voter Identity Card /EPIC of any of the parents.
• Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
• Aadhar Card / Unique Identity Card in the name of any of the parents.
• Admission to the school is subject to document verification listed above and submission of a letter of undertaking, self-attested by both parents, in front of the verification team. The project should certify that the correct information and submitted documents are original copies.
• This undertaking will also imply that the parents accept the decision of the school to cancel the registration/admission as final and binding if, at any given time, any information or document submitted is found to be wrong/fake/false/incorrect.
