Central University of Kerala was established in October 2009 with just 17 students in two postgraduate programs in a rented building in Nayanmarmoola. Since then, the university has grown a lot. Now, it offers 27 postgraduate programs and 22 research programs, with about 2,500 students studying there. The campus, called Thejaswini Hills, is located in Periye, Kasaragod, on 310 acres of land given by the Kerala government in 2012.

Admission Procedure
Here in this section, we have mentioned the admission procedure to get admission to Central University of Kerala. Check the procedure listed below.
- Candidates may apply through the prescribed application form duly filled in all respects.
- Admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by Central University of Kerala is based on any one of the all-India Common Admission Tests i.e. CUET UG/CUET PG & other entrance test and submit valid test scores not more than 2 years old.
- The applications of the candidates not have a valid score in the entrance exam will not be entertained.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussions and Personal Interviews for admission to this Programme.
