UG Courses: Admission for undergraduate programs are based on entrance exams such as JEE Mains for engineering, NEET UG for medical courses, CLAT for law, ICAR AIEEA for agriculture, CUET UG for general courses, and CETs for state-specific programs.
PG Courses: Admission for postgraduate admissions, the university accepts scores from CAT, MAT, and GMAT for management courses, GATE for engineering, CPT for commerce, NEET PG for medical fields, CUET PG for general courses, and GRE for international studies and research.
On-Campus
- Receive prospectus from the University campus on payment of Rupees 1000/- (Cash or Demand draft in the name of Registrar, DAV University).
- Fill the application form given in the prospectus.
- Submit the completed Admission Form and required documents to DAVU admission desk.
- Deposit requisite fee as mentioned in the prospectus or the component of the fee as advised by the accounts department.
- Complete the process of photo, verification of eligibility & documents, and ID card.

- Fill the application form.
- Deposit Rupees 1000/- and requisite fee as mentioned in the prospectus to the specified bank (SBI Branch: DAV University Jalandhar, A/C No. 33004567006, IFSC Code: SBIN0016307)
