Admission Process
Mandatory Physical Reporting Process
- Category-I: Candidates allotted GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management through UPTAC-2024 must report in person to the campus and complete all steps of the reporting process, including fee submission, within the given schedule. Failing to do so will result in cancellation of admission, as per AKTU/UPTAC-2024 guidelines. No extensions will be granted.
- Category-II: Candidates registered under Management Quota or for Vacant Seats, and who have confirmed their admission, must report to the GLBITM campus for mandatory physical reporting. Failure to report in person or complete all four steps of the reporting process, including fee submission, within the specified time will result in cancellation of admission. No requests for extension of the reporting deadline will be entertained.
Important Note:
- Document verification and data validation may take some time, so please cooperate with the facilitation team and wait for the announcement at the designated area.
- Candidates must pay the remaining fees after deducting the amount already paid during UPTAC counseling/registration. Payments can be made at the Accounts Office (Room No. 10-A) or online.
- Only candidates who complete all four steps will be considered as physically reported.

General Instructions:
- 1. Report at the Institute Campus before last date as mentioned on the allotment letter.
- 2. Bring All Original Documents for Verification at the time of reporting.
- 3. Carry two photo copy sets of the Documents (self-attested) as mentioned above.
- 4. All Fees can be paid only in the form of Bank Draft in favour of G. L. Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management payable at Noida/Greater Noida/Delhi.
- 5. Rest of the procedures would be completed in the college only.
