Eligibility Criteria

Description	B.Sc Nursing	M.Sc Nursing
Educational Qualification	HSC exam in any stream must be completed from a recognized board or university by the applicant.	An applicant who wants to get admission in M.Sc. Nursing courses must have completed a bachelor’s degree in the nursing course from a recognized board or university. Applicants who have completed post basic degree in nursing or honors degree in nursing from a recognized university or institution are also eligible to apply for admission.
Nationality	Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply for the entrance exam.	Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
Age Criteria	Applicants must be above the age of 17 years at the time of admission. No maximum age limit decided for the applicants by the authorities.	The university has not decided on an age limit for the applicants to apply.
Qualifying Marks	General category applicants must score more than 45% marks in the qualifying exam. Reserved category applicants must score a minimum of 40% marks in the HSC exams. Recognized Board	Applicants who want to get admission to the university must have cleared the HSC exam from a known board like AISSCE, CBSE, ICSE, SSCE, HSCE or equivalent board.	Applicants who have completed their bachelor’s degree in nursing through distance learning centers recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) are only eligible.
Subjects	One must have physics, chemistry, biology – botany and zoology along with English as mandatory subjects in the HSC exams.	……
