Educational Qualification	To get admission to B.Sc. Nursing courses are offered in the different nursing institutions of Manipur; applicants must pass the HSC exam or any equivalent exam from a recognized board or university.
Age Criteria	The lower age limit for applicants to apply for the admission procedure is 17 years at admission. However, the upper age limit of the applicants is 24 years at the time of admission (27 years in the case of reserved category applicants).
Subjects	Physics, chemistry, biology, and English are compulsory subjects in the qualifying exam, the HSC exam.
Appearing Applicants	For the admission procedure, applicants appearing for the HSC exam in the current year are also eligible to apply and get admission.
Qualifying Marks	General category applicants should score at least 50% in the qualifying exam. Reserved category applicants should score more than 45% in the HSC exam.

M.Sc Nursing

Educational Qualification	Candidates should have passed a B.Sc., (N) / Post BSC (N) degree from an Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks and 5% relaxation of marks for SC / ST Candidates.
Registration with the Nursing Council	Candidate should be a registered nurse and registered midwife from any State Nursing Council.
Experience	B.Sc. Nursing Graduates should have at least one year of experience in an approved hospital in a College, School of Nursing, or a community Setting/Program after registration in the State Nursing Council.
Age Criteria	The Candidates of the Open category should have completed 21 years and not be older than 30 by December of that academic year. In contrast, for those Candidates in the sponsored category, the maximum age will be 50 at the time of admission.
Medical Fitness	The candidate shall be Medically Fit.
