B.Sc. Nursing Eligibility Criteria

| Educational Qualification | An applicant who wants to appear for B.Sc. The nursing course must have completed the HSC exam from a recognized board or university. |
| Age Criteria | Applicants must be above the age of 17 years at the time of admission in order to apply for the admission procedure. |
| Subjects | Applicants must have physics, chemistry, and biology along with English as mandatory subjects in the qualifying exam. |
| Qualifying Marks | Applicants must score more than 45% marks in the qualifying exam that is the HSC exam. Applicants who belong to the reserved category must score minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying exam. |
| Domicile | One must be a permanent resident of Odisha state and should produce a valid domicile certificate of Odisha state at the time of admission. |
| Medical Fitness | One must be medically fit at the time of admission and should produce a valid medical fitness certificate at the time of admission. |
M.Sc. Nursing Eligibility Criteria

| Medical fitness | An applicant who wants to get admission to the M.Sc. nursing course must be medically fit at the time of admission. |
Odisha M.Sc. Nursing 2024 Exam Pattern
Applicants will have to solve one paper in the entrance exam.
- Exam Duration: Applicants will get three hours of duration to solve the paper.
- Number of Questions: The question paper of the entrance exam will contain a maximum of 150 questions in the paper.
- Exam Type: The question paper will contain objective type multiple choice questions in the exam.
- Negative Marking: There are some negative markings in the entrance exam for incorrect answers.
Admit Card
B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
- Admit cards have been available in online mode on the official website of the university.
- Official authorities will be responsible for releasing the admit cards of the applicants on the official website itself.
- Applicants who want to appear for the entrance exam are instructed to carry the admit card along with them as it is a mandatory document to carry.

M.Sc Nursing
The counseling session will be conducted for qualified applicants. In order to get admission in M.Sc. Nursing course applicants need to be present in person for the counseling round.

- On the decided date applicants are instructed to appear for the counseling round. Applicants need to carry all important documents along with them at the time of counseling for the verification.
