Currently, the college is functioning in Chandpur, Bijnor, as an affiliated college of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow. REC Bijnaur was approved by AICTE and affiliated in 2009.

Step 1: Registration, Uploading of Documents and Fee Payment
The first step in UPCET counselling is to complete the registration process from the official website. After filling in all the details in the registration form, candidates have to pay the UPCET 2024 counselling fee online.
