Allen Coaching Institute Kota, popularly known as Allen Kota, is a premier Medical and Engineering coaching institute in Kota, Rajasthan. The institute was started in 1988 by Shri Rajesh Maheshwari with just eight students. A few months after the Coaching Institute’s establishment, Dr K.G.Vaishnava, the eminent professor of biology, also joined him. At that time, the Allen Institute was the only institute that provided coaching for all Science subjects.

Admission Procedure
Admission to various courses offered by Allen Kota is made via two process
- Direct Admission
- Allen Scholarship cum Admission Test (ASAT)
(A) Direct Admission
For the course where Admission is Direct, a candidate needs to send filled Application Form and requisite enclosures to the Corporate Office (KOTA). It can also be submitted in person to the Classroom Center Office OR Information Center Office.
(B) Allen Scholarship cum Admission Test (ASAT)
For course where Admission is made through ALLEN Scholarship cum Admission Test (ASAT), a candidate need to Send filled Application Form along with requisite enclosures to the Corporate Office (KOTA) or at Classroom Center Office OR Information Center Office.

A. ALLEN Info & Admission App by making 500/- ( 300/- for TALLENTEX-2024 appeared students).
B. Our website made a payment of 500/- ( 300/- for TALLENTEX-2024 students).
OMR Application Form:
- You can collect an Application form from Our Admission Office / Information Centers on payment of 700/- only ( 500/- for TALLENTEX 2024 appeared students).
- (You need not purchase an OMR Application Form if you have already filled an Online Application form)
For Courses where the Admission Mode Is Direct
- You can fill out the Online Application Form two days before the Class Commencement Date.
- You can also send a filled OMR Application Form with recent Passport size colour photograph to our Corporate Office (KOTA), or it can also be
- submitted in person at our Admission Office OR Information Center Office.
- For smooth completion of Admission Process, your duly filled Application Form must reach us before course commencement.
For Courses, the admission Mode is the Allen Scholarship Admission Test (ASAT).
- You can fill out the Online Application Form two days before the ASAT Date.
- You can also send a filled OMR Application Form with a recent Passport size colour photograph to our Corporate Office (KOTA), or it can also be submitted in person at our Admission Office OR Information Center Office.
- Generate & print your ASAT admit card from our website and bring the same to the opted ASAT Test Center only if ASAT mode is offline.
