Admission Procedure

Brain Tree Global School Greater Noida is primarily meant to cater to the educational aspirations of the students and parents residing in Noida. Below we have mentioned the admission procedure of BTGS Greater Noida for the academic session 2024-25. The school academic year is from April to March. To apply for admission, first, submit the duly filled registration form and the registration fee of Rs. 600 to our school office during the office mentioned above hours, and collect a copy of the school prospectus and the admission form. As a part of the admission process, note all that applies to your child’s admission.

The school encourages parents to visit the school with their child by appointment to learn about the school in detail. Once you have decided to admit your child to the school, kindly submit the required documents and follow the procedures set out below to enable us to consider your child for admission:

• Fill out the registration form.
• For entry into Nursery, the child must have attained the age of 3+ years by 31^st March of that year.
• Submit the Registration form with a copy of the child’s last year’s report card, a copy of the birth certificate, and one passport-size photograph duly fixed on the form.
• Parents will be notified about the date and venue for further interaction.
• If your child is offered admission to the school and you wish to accept it, you must complete all the admission-related formalities within 7 working days. Failure to do so will render the seat cancelled and offered to the candidate next on the waiting list.
• On being granted admission, the following forms will need to be filled in:

C. Transport form

7. Withdrawals & Refunds

A. Under no condition will any refund be made once the child has been granted admission.
B. In case of withdrawal, the school must be intimated by giving one month’s notice in writing, failing which one month’s tuition fee shall be required to be deposited.

8. Payment of Fees

A. Fees are to be paid every quarter.
B. Occasional costs incurred by children (lost books/damage to school property/library books) will be billed to the parents.

• 10% Sibling Discount on every other child on Composite Fee only.

• The due date for depositing the fee for the monthly payment mode is on the 10th of every month, and for the Quarterly payment mode:

  July to September- Upto 10th July
  October to December- Upto 10th October

• The fee is payable on or before the date mentioned above. Rs. 20/- per day will be charged after the due date.
• In case of part payment for Quarterly/Yearly Fees, the school reserves the right to change the Quarterly/Yearly mode to Monthly mode.
• The transport fee is for 12 months. No Discount on Transport Fee.
• If parents opt for a Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly mode of payment, a transportation fee will also be paid as per a similar mode of payment.
